I have to be honest...

Back in 2010, my life was DULL

  • I was a STRUGGLING nursing student
  • Had LOW ENERGY
  • I LACKED PURPOSE
  • My emotions were ERRATIC and fleeting
  • I was UNDERCONFIDENT
  • I had DIFFICULTY with relationships

Societal "NORMS" dictated who I was...

  • I simply followed what EVERYONE said was "NORMAL" (no one knew any better)
  • Eating 3 meals a day + snacks in between (as a Filipino, I ate GOOD)
  • I never challenged or questioned ANYTHING


I KNEW something was WRONG...

I didn't FEEL as good as I wanted to.

I KNEW MY LIFE COULD BE BETTER.

I FINALLY LISTENED and MADE A CHANGE
